Withdrawal of the Offering

Serodus ASA has experienced broad interest from investors to participate in the Initial Public Offering. However, due to the demanding stock market situation, Serodus ASA has not attracted sufficient demand to meet the capital requirements set by the Oslo Børs board meeting. The Board of Serodus ASA has therefore decided to withdraw the Offering.


New Offer Price and approval of Supplemental Prospectus

Serodus ASA has experienced broad interest from investors to participate in the initial public offering. However, based on feedback from investors, Serodus ASA has decided on 23 May 2011 to reduce its Offer Price from NOK 2 to NOK 1. The Subscription Price will be applicable for all subscriptions. Consequently the Offering will consist of an issue of 26 - 30 million New Shares giving total gross proceeds in the range of NOK 26 - 30 million.


Serodus decides to extend subscription period

OSLO, 11 May 2011

Serodus ASA has decided to extend the subscription period for the initial public offering (the "Offering") until 17:30 (CEST) on Wednesday 25 May 2011, but reserves the right to end the subscription period earlier than this without further notice.

As of today the company can confirm that they have achieved the minimum number of shareholders as required by the board of directors of Oslo Stock Exchange. Initial Public Offering of Shares in Serodus ASA

Offering of between 13,000,000 and 30,000,000 New Shares, raising between NOK 26 million and NOK 60 million in gross proceeds.

Subscription Price*: NOK 2 per Share

*A 10 % cash discount to the Subscription Price will apply for subscribers who subscribe for minimum 5,000 and maximum 10,000 New Shares.

Subscription Period: From 28 April 2011 (09:00 CEST) to 25 May 2011 (17:30 CEST)


Serodus approved for listing on Oslo Axess

The Board of Oslo Børs resolved to admit shares in Serodus ASA to listing on Oslo Axess. The Board stipulated that, prior to the first day of listing, the company must satisfy the requirement for the number of shareholders as specified in Section 2.4.2 of the Oslo Axess Listing Rules, and must publish an approved prospectus. The Board also stipulated that the company must raise at least NOK 26 million of liquidity through its planned share issue prior to the first day of listing. The Board authorised the Chief Executive Officer of Oslo Børs to fix the date of the first day of listing, which is to be no later than 10 June 2011.

Serodus AS issued patent covering SER100 in Japan

Serodus AS (Serodus), the Norwegian biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the development of new and innovative compounds for the treatment of patients with cardiovascular diseases, today announced that the Japanese Patent Office has granted the patent for Japan covering Serodus' proprietary product SER100, which Serodus intends to develop for patients with isolated systolic hypertension.

The patent covers a wide range of peptides, including SER100, pharmaceutical compositions containing SER100, as well as methods of treating different aspects of cardio­vascular disorders caused by elevated nociceptin levels.
