Serodus decides to extend subscription period

OSLO, 11 May 2011

Serodus ASA has decided to extend the subscription period for the initial public offering (the "Offering") until 17:30 (CEST) on Wednesday 25 May 2011, but reserves the right to end the subscription period earlier than this without further notice.

As of today the company can confirm that they have achieved the minimum number of shareholders as required by the board of directors of Oslo Stock Exchange.
